If your loan is currently serviced by Premier Lending, Inc. your 2022 IRS Tax Forms and annual notices will be included with your Billing Statement mailed in January which will be provided no later than January 31, 2023. The documents will also be available in your customer portal by selecting Account Management then Document Center. If you are no longer serviced by Premier Lending, Inc. your tax form will be mailed to your home mailing address. Please be advised that if the servicing of your loan was transferred in 2022, you may receive multiple 1098 Tax Forms, one from each mortgage servicer.
